These Terms and Conditions (T&Cs) apply to all contracts concluded through our website, www.swissrent.com, between us, swissrent AG s.r.o., located at Driénova 34, SK-821 02, Bratislava, Slovakia, and you as our customer.

2. Conclusion of Contract

By placing an order for a product/service on our website, you are making a binding offer to conclude a purchase contract. The contract is concluded once we accept your order by sending an order confirmation via email.

3. Prices and Payment Terms

All prices listed on our website include the statutory VAT and any other price components. Payment terms and accepted payment methods are specified in the ordering process.

4. Right of Withdrawal
